The Futaleufú (The ‘Fu’ or ‘Futa’ for short) is known world over for its turquoise waters, a phenomenon produced by glacier till. It is considered to be one of the top three whitewater rafting destinations in the world.

Trip Description
This is one of the most famous and more commercial sections of the Futaleufú river. From our office in town we’ll drive down to the river put-in where you will find our expert guides ready for the safety briefing. Then, we’ll hit the beautiful and exhilirating rapids of the Bridge to Bridge section, running the most exciting Mundaca (IV+) and Pillow (IV) rapids.

At the end of the Bridge to Bridge section you’ll have the chance to continue your adventure down the stunning Futaleufú river with some of the most spectacular rapids, such as the Mas o Menos and Casa de Piedra, class V rapids with loads of water… so be ready for a full adrenaline surge! As always, we’ll choose the best, most fun and safest lines to run. At the end of our adventure, if you are lucky, you’ll have the chance to spot the majestic flight of the Condor.

Trip Description
If you are looking for an entire day of adrenaline and fun, this full day trip will fulfill your whishes! The first few kilometers in the Azul river will allow you to get confident with your paddling team and with the boat, all the while taking in the breathtaking view of the Cerro Tres Monjas. Soon we’ll arrive to one of the most impressive rapids of the entire river, The Terminator, a full kilometer of exciting white water. After a riverside snack, we’ll hit the Bridge to Bridge section and run all the rapids until the end, where you’ll find a rich lunch waiting for you on a peaceful river beach.

Trip Description
If you’re looking for a halfway experience between the calmer Espolón and the powerful Futaleufú rivers, the Azul will be the perfect match for you. It is a beautiful light blue river that flows through the Azul valley, with an impressive view over the Cerro Tres Monjas. You’ll paddle between some level II and III+ rapids and reach a narrower canyon with black lava stones all around.
